What is it?

The CenterPoint Market is a place where attorneys, professors, consultants and others can sell their Legal and Business Forms, 'How-To' Guides and Seminars on a wide range of business and legal topics.  In this way, you can earn income for work that you've already done and information you already know.

The Market is directed at small business owners who do not have specialized training in business related subjects. They would be looking to supplement their knowledge with expert advice.

How am I compensated?

You set the price that you want to receive and we then mark it up.  For example, if you set a fee of $50.00 and the content sold for $100.00 less discounts and transaction costs, you would be entitled to your fee of $50.00.

What type of Material can I sell?

Whatever your expertise, whatever documents or material you have; if they would benefit small businesses anywhere, we're interested in adding them to the Market.

What are the benefits?

The benefits are twofold: you earn income from your knowledge and material and you position yourself as an expert and a consultant.  This can help you to generate additional revenue in addition to the income from the sale of your material.

How does it work?

First you must sign our Content Distribution Agreement.  Once we receive the executed Agreement, we will contact you to talk about the types of material that you wish to sell and give you guidance on the best way to provide us with copies of the material.  If you do not have recording capability, we have a small studio that can be made available.  Posting content is free.  Items are categorized and posted in the Market. You provide us with the content, along with a brief description and your biography, which we make into an 'epackage.'  We handle the promotion to our members.  When a member finds a product that will be of use, they buy it and each month we cut you a check.  Documents and white papers are downloaded for their use.  In the case of seminars, buyers are provided a link to stream the video or audio after 30 days, the link goes dead.   Each 'epackage' is categorized and searchable online, so it is an excellent way to get your business online.
