Company Profile / Description: Our modern, specifically designed record management facility is strategically located which allows for quick and prompt service throughout Northern Nevada and surrounding areas. We can free up valuable office space (space that can be used for income-producing activity) and give you quick access to your records, giving you confidence that your documents are safe and secure.

Our 30,000 square foot facility is located within a commercial area with limited public access. The building is made up of concrete tilt-up walls that are fire protected and access controlled to ensure that only those with proper authorization examine or remove a company’s records. We also monitor security via a 24 hour surveillence system. Offsite also picks up and delivers records at the customer’s request.

The records inventory is indexed on a computer system that uses a state-of-the-art barcoding process to identify individual boxes, or, if necessary, specific records within a box.
